A Holistic Approach to Black Hair Care

Aloha, my name is Natanya. I just opened a salon called Ahead of Style,
Inc located at 9410 N.E Hazel Dell Ave, Vancouver WA 98665, salon 360-573-9922
Cell 360-281-0549. I’m and Afro-American woman who was born and raised
in Hawaii. I love hair! I love my hair!Most of my life I’ve been natural although throughout my life I have
relaxed, jerri curled, and wave neuvoued my hair. I have been using and
making my own natural hair and cosmetics since the first time my mom let
me use her blender to whip up a batch of her homemade conditioner using
her rosemary infused coconut oil, aloe vera from our yard and vitamin
E E. Now as a licensed professional I combine my personal experience with
natural hair care with my formal education and provide my clients with
a holistic approach to their hair and beauty needs.

I am not anti-chemicals, I do Relaxers, BKT’s, Perms ect, but I consult
with all new clients to evaluate your hair and your hair care regimen
to determine if continued use or first time use of chemicals is something
we should continue. Your hair’s integrity is of the utmost importance
to me. I also can help you transition to your natural hair. No matter
what you are doing or have done to your hair I can show you how to get
and keep your in optimal condition. If you are in the area I would consider
it an honor if you allow me to take care of your hair.
